liner H.M.S Flapper is only a day or so out from its destination of New
York after the journey from England. On board is a rare collection of
the times rich, famous and perhaps infamous. |

In the dark room, 8 students sit, awaiting
the presence of their headmaster, Mr. Price. The hollow footsteps
slowly get louder and louder, as the headmaster approaches, and every
student turns towards the door. From the door, the shadows produce a
middle aged man, strong and tall, with brown hair and a shabby beard.
The students, gathered for the sake of celebration, for they all have
qualified for the National Language Contest, are confused when Mr.
Price walks in with not awards cradled in his hands, but papers. The
words Mr. Price gives shocks all of the students, for they never
expected this to happen, "Mrs. Tolan is dead, and one of you is
responsible." |
